beds) in the city centre of Barcelona. Situated
in the very hip "Raval" area, the
apartment is on the first floor (as in one
above the ground floor) and is on a very quiet
street with a primary school at one end, and
an encaged 5 a- side football pitch on the
other.
The apartment has no building in front of
it and thus lets in a lot of light. All neighbours
int the building are from the area and/or
renting their apartments, so yo're guaranteed
a real "local" feel. The aprtment
is a 5 minutes walk from the Ramblas, a 15
minute walk from the famous Gaudi Buildings
on Passeig de Gracia, and a 20 minute walk
to the beach.
The fully furnished apartment has just been
renovated to very higj standards which includes
all domestic appliances such as washing machine,
fidge/ freezer, TV, DVD, iron, ironing board,
toaster, juicer, hairdryer, etc,....
The aprtment has two large european size double
beds, so a maximum of a 4 people can stay
in the apartment at a time. Clean bedsheets
and sets of towels will be provided to each
guest on arrival.
The apartment is 65 metres in size, very bright
and very spacious.
