Answers:
1. Bed linen and towels
are provided in all of our apartments. There
is no extra charge for this. In fact there
are no extra charges at all.

2. Yes, all
taxes are included in the prices.

3. To make
a booking you need to pay downpayment of
20% of the total charge. This is calculated
automatically for you when you make the
booking online. This is non-refundable.
4. If the
cancellation is before 30 days, 50% of the
paid amount will be given back. If this
takes place later, the amount of the reserve
will not be given back.

5. The remaining 80%
of the cost is payable on arrival in cash
then the apartment keys will be given to
you.

6. On arrival you will
also be asked for 200 euros as a deposit
against damage made during your stay. This
normally should be in cash, and will be
returned in full when you leave the apartment,
assuming it is undamaged of course!

7. Arrival are not normally
before 4pm, and departures should be before
11am. Normally provisions can be made with
the owners to look after luggage during
the hours between, but the apartment should
be vacated to allow for cleaning. All agreements
in relation to this should be discussed
directly with the apartment owner.

8. The owner or their
representative will meet you at the apartment.
